Remodeling the Home of the Founders Parkway
The Founders Parkway is one of the most loved areas of Las Vegas. It is located between Southwestern Las Vegas Boulevard and Paris Las Vegas Boulevard. It's only a short drive from the famous Las Vegas Strip. But, the stunning scenery you will see isn't exclusive to the Strip. There are many beautiful landscape options on the Parkway, including a walkway comprised of planks of wood and paved walkways that lead to Castle Rock.
The Founders Parkway's pavement design is unique because it resembles other similar public works that are located in Las Vegas. The parkway's entrance is a stone bench which is situated among two stone pillars. The bench is, however, unlike the other Las Vegas parksways, the rectangular form of the bench is more common than the traditional circular shape. Around the perimeter of this stone bench concrete has been utilized in a variety of fascinating designs. The concrete patio is comprised of six distinct patterns of concrete.
Concrete tabs are two of the concrete pavers used in the design. They have an identical design to the Las Vegas concrete patio. Concrete used for the Castle Rock section of paving is colored to blend into the surroundings. The color of the concrete is subtle enough that it doesn't distract from the natural beauty of the area.
The three remaining concrete segments are composed of huge rocks. These large rocks designs are colored so that they make the rocks stand out from concrete. The concrete section is colored red to differentiate it from other concrete segments that surround the parkway. In all, the concrete design is comprised of eleven distinct colors. With the help of these shades, the designers have made the Parkway feel like an entirely different place unlike the other development.

Another major alteration that was made to the construction of the castle-rock section of the Las Vegas Strip was the replacement of the ground level concrete sidewalks and ramps by granite pavers. The unique color pattern of these pavers blends nicely into the surrounding landscape. The granite pavers look more attractive over the others. They are also more comfortable to walk on and offer an even, smoother surface in rain.
The covered walkway is another variation to the Las-Vegas Strip's layout. The walkway is covered by exposed roots and blocks pedestrians from walking over the bare roots. This design also assists in preventing erosion by allowing rainwater to flow into the ocean. The walkway made of concrete is embedded into the soil, therefore no concrete sealant is needed. Instead, the pavers have a specific waterproof material that's durable and heat-resistant.
Castle Rock is a great location to live in. It has a semi-tropical climate with mild winters , but warm summers. The soil is sandy, and is ideal for planting plants. The plant species are diverse, ranging from desert flowers desert grasses to shrubs and evergreens. Furthermore, the land slopes towards the southern exposure of the Strip which creates cooler conditions for houses in this region of the city.

In addition to providing stunning views of the Strip The stone picnic area at the eastern end of the driveway provides residents with a place to unwind. The bench made of stone offers seating and lets you take a break from all the bustle and hustle of the casino floor. The bench's stone design makes it practical as well as attractive. The stones will bring the outside alive when you relax on the deck to eat lunch.
